We have a two apartment flat to rent in Tollcross 600 meters fromEdinburghs fashionable West End.
The flat has 1 bedroom, 1 box bedroom,bathroom,livingroom & Kitchen,and is capable of sleeping 4 - 6 people
comfortably.
The fully fitted kitchen has a full sized gas cooker, a fridge freezer,an electric kettle, a microwave,
a washing machine & a tumble dryer.If you prefer not to sample Edinburgh's fantstic eating places you can always
rustle something up in this modern kitchen. It has complete cutlery & dishesfor 6 people along with a plethora of
cooking pots, pans & utensils.
This is one view of the very busy living room. It has a gas fire, 2 armchairs, 1 fold down double sofa bed,
a dining table and four chairs.
This other view shows off a bit more of the couch, the fireplace,the T.V and video. It also gives some idea
of the decor and ambience of the living room
This last shot shows the entrance/exit to the living room. As you can seethe owners are heavily into pictures,
ornaments, mirrors and basicallyanything that makes the place more homely looking.
It is almost as difficult to take pictures in the smallest room in the house as it is in the kitchen because there
is nowhere to stand to get aclear picture form any one position. It does however have a fullbath with a shower
incorporated, a wash hand basin & w.c.
This is one view of the bedroom with 2 single beds, dressing table,chest of drawers and in the corner a door
into the box bedroom.
This other view of the bedroom shows the double wardrobes and the coaleffect gas fire, complete with pictures,
mirrors & chest of drawers.
The flat is on the top floor of one of Edinburgh's famous tenements and is not suitable for anyone
with a walking impediment.Although we prefer to rent weekly we will offer rates for a minimum of 3 nights.
The flat is available from April to October at the following weekly/nightly rates:-

Prices are inclusive of all taxes. All linen, gas & electricty is includedin the cost and for your convenience
there is a payphone in the apartment.

Please note payment is required in advance plus a refundable damage deposit of £100.00.
For weekly rental entry is 4 P.M. on Saturday and exit by 10.00 Saturday.
